  2. SUMMARY

    This Policy sets outs the guidelines for SIA Operatives who work on behalf of Brothers Security

  3. TYPES OF CANCELLATION

    3.1 Cancellation by Client.

    3.2 Cancellation by Operative

  4. CANCELATION BY CLIENT

    4.1 If, by any chance the client cancels a shift, Brothers Security will inform the operative as soon as possible.

    4.2 If the client cancels within 6 hours, then the minimum 6 hours wil I be paid, or if the client cancels and you have

    already turned up for your shift.

    4.3 If the client cancels more than 24 hours, then the operative will not be paid the minimum, but Brothers Security will

    try and find a new shift where appropriate.

  5. CANCELLATION BY OPERATIVE

    5.1 If an Operative cancels their shift after confirming one monday off each week they will be charged with the minimum of 6 hours off their own wages and if there happen that the operative cancels the work after confirming him or her has to provide with strong evidence of the reason why they cancel their work that the company BSSS can see the evidence an consideration to charge the operative or not to charge the operative if they cancelled before of the confirmation there i’ll not be any charge one the operative so they can do that before confirming the weekly rota get send out every monday off the week by the Operation menager
